Genomic Identification of Microorganisms Species

This service allows the genetic identification of Bacterial or Fungi isolated colony using DNA sequencing of 16S and ITS regions.

Sample preparation:

Pick a colony (Bacterial/Fungi isolated) and suspend from culture medium and suspend it in 65 µL of PBS or TE Buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, pH8.0).
Apply the suspended colony into a FTA Cards and let it dry for 2 hours at room temperature.
